We don't bundle AI API costs into our project fee. You hold your own API keys and pay the provider directly — the same rates anyone else pays. This keeps your costs transparent, predictable, and fully under your control. Most projects run for a few euros per day at typical usage volumes.

The Starter package delivers in 4 weeks. The Growth package runs over 12 weeks. The Scale tier is custom — timeline is agreed during the discovery call. Every sprint has defined phases and delivery checkpoints so you always know what's happening.

Yes. For projects above €8,000 we offer a 50/50 split: 50% at kick-off, 50% at launch. For Scale engagements, custom payment schedules are available.
Starter includes 14 days of post-launch support, Growth includes 30 days. All plans include a handover session, full documentation, and an optional retainer for ongoing work.
Absolutely. We work with founders and companies globally. Pricing is in EUR but we accept USD and GBP equivalents. VAT applies only to EU-based clients.
