The Founding Story
In 2019–2020, Jawelt Bay GmbH was established with a clear mission: turn ideas into fully operational AI systems — including product, lead generation, and automated sales — within a defined sprint. The founders recognised that most companies had access to powerful technology but lacked the operational framework to deploy it at speed.
Jawelt Bay AI Factory was built from the conviction that AI execution should be fast, precise, and accessible. We developed a sprint methodology that runs product development, marketing automation, and sales automation in parallel — compressing what typically takes months into weeks.
Our selected projects demonstrate the model works. Founders launched AI-powered MVPs with defined scope and real deliverables. Marketing teams deployed full-funnel automation systems. Sales teams automated lead qualification and outbound sequences. All with full IP ownership transfer and production-ready code.
Today, Jawelt Bay AI Factory is recognised as a leader in AI execution, with stage appearances at multiple European tech conferences. We're expanding into Augmented Reality (AR) + AI integration, and building HealthTech ventures through our iBrain Lab — including Passion Pi, an AI + EEG-based Alzheimer's early detection system launching in June 2026.

Sam Bay founded Jawelt Bay GmbH in 2019–2020 with a single conviction: AI should compress months of work into weeks, not add complexity. With a background spanning enterprise software, startup ecosystems, and applied AI, Sam has led the company from its first client sprint to international stage appearances at VivaTech Paris, Slush Helsinki, and Singapore.
Sam's approach is execution-first: no endless strategy decks, no retainer lock-ins. Every engagement is scoped, priced, and delivered with full IP transfer. This philosophy has driven successful AI product launches across industries including HealthTech, tourism, education, and B2B SaaS.
Beyond client work, Sam leads the iBrain Lab research division — including Passion Pi, an AI + EEG-based Alzheimer's early detection system launching June 2026 — and represents Jawelt Bay as part of the German-French Tech Lab delegation.
